SC School for the Deaf and the Blind
Provides services statewide for deaf, blind, and sensory multidisabled individuals (children and adults), their families and the professionals who work with them.
SC Department of Education

BabyNet
South Carolina’s interagency early intervention system for infants and toddlers under three years of age with developmental delays, or who have conditions associated with developmental delays.

SC Talking Books Library
Provides informational and recreational reading materials in accessible formats at no cost. The program serves South Carolinians unable to use conventional print due to a visual or physical disability.
Seedlings
Provides high-quality, low-cost children’s books in braille. Braille books are provided at each level of development, from toddler board books to classic literature for older children.
Braille Institute
Provides integrated educational, social and recreational programs and services. Offers a wide variety of children’s books and multi-sensory books.
National Braille Press
Offers braille books, magazines, textbooks, tests, and embossing services in order to promote braille and braille literacy.

American Printing House for the Blind
American Printing House for the Blind offers a variety of instructional materials and books. Many of their products are used in South Carolina public and private school programs for children who are visually impaired.
Perkins Panda Early Literacy Kit
The kit includes materials that teach fundamental early literacy skills to children and help parents be more involved in their child’s development.
Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
